Partnering with the largest shared office provider in the world, Deacon has completed multiple projects in the California, Washington and Oregon markets. Each executive office tenant improvement project consisted of 9-12,000 sf common areas including reception, conference rooms, kitchen and office spaces. Tenant improvements were done in fully-occupied spaces, so client coordination was key to the successful completion of these spaces. The scope of the work consisted of taking the spaces back to a bare shell and building out the high end tenant improvement.
